I had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel set amongst olive trees. The gardens were well kept and the infinity pool, despite being a bit chilly, was perfect for a sunny day. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, and I appreciated having a small fridge in the bedroom. The location was ideal, situated between Monopoli and Alberobello, and I enjoyed the lovely views of the sea from the pool and terrace. The staff were very kind and helpful, making my stay memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel for its gorgeous setting, great location, and friendly staff.
While the hotel had many positives, there were a few drawbacks. The wifi connection was weak in some areas, making it difficult to stay connected.

I had a fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel with stunning views, an amazing swimming pool, and a great breakfast. The location was ideal, between Monopoli and Alberobello, and surrounded by olive trees and well-kept gardens. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was a good size with a small fridge. The hotel was a charming and sympathetically renovated old farmhouse, and the infinity pool was perfect for a sunny day, even though it was a bit chilly. I highly recommend this hotel.
There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. The towels in the room were hung on wooden sticks that had splinters, which made the towels smell like wood.

We stayed at Masseria Santa Teresa for a relaxing 3-night getaway. The breakfast was outstanding, with delicious coffee and fried eggs made to order. The hotel's gardens were well-maintained and offered stunning views. The new building where our Bianco Spino room was located had simple yet beautiful decor. We also enjoyed having our own private garden. The highlight was definitely the refreshing, albeit cold, swimming pool that overlooked the picturesque surroundings. The staff were attentive and the manager provided helpful recommendations for exploring the area. Highly recommended.
I do recommend this hotel.
